How to take this drug

For head lice: Apply the 1% cream or lotion to clean, damp hair, leave for 10 minutes, then rinse off.

What if I Miss a Dose?

Permethrin is not taken on a daily schedule — it is usually a one-time application. If you washed it off too early, reapply the cream and leave it on for the full recommended time.
