This is a combination cough medicine containing chlorphenamine (an antihistamine that reduces allergic reactions and dries up runny nose), ammonium chloride (an expectorant that loosens thick mucus in your chest so you can cough it out), and sodium citrate (which helps thin out the mucus). It is commonly known in Nigeria as Piriton Expectorant Linctus.
