This is a combination medicine containing four active ingredients that work together to relieve cough and breathing problems. Salbutamol opens up the airways in your lungs, Ambroxol and Guaifenesin help loosen and thin out thick mucus (phlegm) so you can cough it out more easily, and Menthol gives a soothing, cooling feeling in your throat and chest.
