This is a combination medicine containing three active ingredients — pseudoephedrine (a decongestant that opens up blocked nose), chlorphenamine (an antihistamine that stops sneezing and runny nose), and dextromethorphan (a cough suppressant that calms dry cough) — working together to relieve cold and flu symptoms.
Activates α-adrenergic receptors to cause vasoconstriction of nasal blood vessels, reducing congestion; blocks H1 histamine receptors to suppress allergic symptoms; and inhibits the cough reflex centre in the medulla oblongata by depressing the central nervous system.

For adults, typically take 1-2 tablets or 10ml of syrup every 6-8 hours as needed. You can take it with or without food. Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours. This medicine can make you drowsy, so avoid taking it when you need to drive or operate machines.
Since this medicine is taken only when you have symptoms, there is no strict schedule. If you miss a dose, take it when you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one. Never double up to catch up.
Buy only from licensed pharmacies — avoid roadside sellers or open market drugs, as fake cold medicines are common in Nigeria. Do not combine with other cold and flu medicines like Actifed, Benylin, or similar products, as you may accidentally overdose on the same ingredient. Do not drink alcohol while taking this medicine as it increases drowsiness and dizziness significantly.
