How do you take Pizotifen?

Adults usually start with 0.5 mg (1 tablet of Mosegor) taken once daily at night because it can make you sleepy. Your doctor may gradually increase the dose up to 1.5 mg daily, which can be taken as a single dose at night or split into 3 doses during the day. It can be taken with or without food. For migraine prevention, you may need to take it for several weeks before you notice full benefit.
