This is a combination painkiller and energy-boosting drug that contains paracetamol (which reduces pain and fever) and guaranine (caffeine from guarana, a natural stimulant that helps the paracetamol work faster and also reduces tiredness).
Inhibits COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes, reducing prostaglandin synthesis to relieve pain and fever, while caffeine (guaranine) acts as a non-selective adenosine receptor antagonist to enhance analgesia and promote wakefulness by increasing CNS stimulation.

Adults can take 1 to 2 caplets every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not take more than 8 caplets in 24 hours. You can take it with or without food, but taking it with a little food can help if it upsets your stomach. Swallow with a full glass of water.
Since this drug is taken only when you have pain or fever, there is no strict schedule. Simply take your next dose when you need it, but make sure you wait at least 4 hours between doses. Never double up to make up for a missed dose.
Do not combine this with other paracetamol-containing drugs like cold and flu medicines — many Nigerian over-the-counter drugs already contain paracetamol, so check the label to avoid overdose. Buy only from registered pharmacies and not roadside vendors, as fake drugs are common. Avoid taking this drug late at night as the caffeine can keep you awake.
Avoid drinking alcohol while using this drug, as both alcohol and paracetamol can damage your liver. Be careful with coffee, kola nut, or energy drinks since the guaranine is already caffeine — too much caffeine can cause heart racing and anxiety. If you are taking blood-thinning drugs like warfarin, talk to your doctor first as paracetamol can affect how they work.
