Who is this for?
This is a combination eye/nose drop that contains two active ingredients — naphazoline (which shrinks swollen blood vessels to reduce redness and congestion) and chlorphenamine (an antihistamine that stops itching and allergic reactions).
Activates alpha-2 adrenergic receptors on nasal and ocular blood vessels, causing vasoconstriction to relieve congestion and reduce eye redness, while chlorphenamine blocks H1 histamine receptors to suppress allergic symptoms including itching and lacrimation.

For eye use: put 1-2 drops into the affected eye 2-3 times a day. For nose use: put 1-2 drops into each nostril 2-3 times a day. Do not use for more than 3-5 days in a row, as your symptoms may get worse if you use it too long (this is called rebound congestion). Tilt your head back slightly when applying drops.
If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as you remember. But if it is almost time for your next dose, just skip the missed one and continue as normal. Do not double the drops to make up for the missed dose.
Do not use this product for more than 5 days straight — using it too long can make your red eyes or blocked nose even worse than before. Buy only from a reputable pharmacy and check for the expiry date, especially with products like Epistamine Eye & Nose Drops. Do not share your eye or nose drops with anyone else, as this can spread infections.
Avoid using with other nasal decongestant sprays or drops as this can worsen side effects. Do not use alongside MAO inhibitor medicines (some drugs used for depression or mental health) — tell your doctor about all medicines you are taking. Alcohol can increase drowsiness when combined with this drug, so avoid drinking while using it.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat — Nigerian weather can be very hot, so avoid leaving it in your car or near a window. Keep the cap tightly closed after each use. Keep out of reach of children. Once opened, use within 4 weeks and discard after that.
