This is a topical pain relief patch (like Salonpas) that you stick on your skin — it contains menthol and camphor that create a cooling-then-warming sensation to distract your nerves from pain, methyl salicylate which works like aspirin to reduce inflammation right where it hurts, and vitamin E (tocopherol acetate) to help soothe the skin.
Inhibits pain transmission by activating TRPM8 and TRPA1 cold-sensitive receptors (menthol, camphor) and salicylate receptors, while methyl salicylate provides local anesthetic effects; tocopherol acetate reduces oxidative stress and supports tissue healing. The synergistic action produces counter-irritation (rubefacient effect) that diverts pain perception and decreases local inflammation through reduced prostaglandin activity.

Peel off the backing and stick one patch directly on the area where you feel pain. Leave it on for up to 8 hours, then remove it. You can use one to two patches at a time depending on the area. Do not apply more than 3-4 patches in a day. Make sure the skin is clean, dry, and has no cuts or wounds before applying.
Since this is used only when you have pain, there is no strict schedule. Simply apply a new patch when you feel pain again — no need to worry about missing a dose.
Do not apply the patch on broken skin, wounds, or areas with rashes — it will burn badly. Remove the patch before bathing or swimming. Buy only genuine Salonpas patches from reputable pharmacies, not from roadside vendors, as fake patches may contain harmful chemicals or may not work at all.
