This is an antacid tablet that combines magnesium trisilicate and calcium carbonate — two ingredients that work together to neutralize excess stomach acid and coat the stomach lining to give you relief from heartburn and ulcer pain.
Neutralizes gastric acid through direct chemical reaction with hydrochloric acid, forming water-soluble salts and carbon dioxide, thereby raising intragastric pH and relieving acidic symptoms. Additionally, provides a protective mucosal coating that buffers residual acid and reduces irritation of the gastric lining.

Chew 1 to 2 tablets when you feel heartburn or stomach discomfort, usually between meals and at bedtime. You can take it up to 3 or 4 times a day. Chew the tablets well before swallowing, and you can drink a little water afterwards. It is best taken between meals, not with food.
This medicine is usually taken only when you have symptoms like heartburn or stomach pain, so there is no strict dosing schedule. If your doctor told you to take it regularly and you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember — but skip it if it is almost time for the next dose. Do not double up.
