Who is this for?
This is a combination cream containing three active ingredients — ketoconazole (an antifungal that kills fungus), betamethasone (a steroid that reduces itching, redness and swelling), and gentamycin (an antibiotic that fights bacteria). Together, they treat skin infections caused by fungus, bacteria, or both.
Inhibits fungal ergosterol synthesis by blocking lanosterol 14α-demethylase (CYP51), while betamethasone binds glucocorticoid receptors to suppress inflammatory cytokines and immune response, and gentamicin inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding the 30S ribosomal subunit.

Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected skin area 2 times a day — morning and night. Gently rub it in. Wash and dry the area before applying. Do not use it for more than 2 weeks unless your doctor says so, because the steroid in it can damage your skin with prolonged use.
If you forget to apply the cream, apply it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next application, just skip the missed one and continue your normal routine. Do not apply double the amount to make up for it.
Important for antibiotics
Always complete the full course even if you feel better. Stopping early can cause the infection to return and become drug-resistant.
Do not use this cream as a skin-lightening or 'toning' cream — many Nigerians misuse steroid creams this way and end up with permanent skin damage. Complete the full course your doctor or pharmacist recommended even if the rash looks better. Buy only from a registered pharmacy — products from roadside sellers or open markets may be fake or expired, especially creams like Jomiaderm.
Avoid using other steroid creams or medicated skin products on the same area at the same time, as this can increase side effects. Do not mix with skin-lightening or toning creams — many of them already contain steroids and combining them can seriously damage your skin.

Do not use this cream during pregnancy or breastfeeding without consulting your doctor, as the steroid and other ingredients may be harmful to the baby.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat — Nigerian heat can spoil the cream quickly. Do not store in the bathroom where it is humid. Keep the tube tightly closed and out of the reach of children.
