This is not a drug you take at home by yourself. A doctor or nurse will inject a small implant under the skin of your lower belly. The Zoladex 3.6 mg is given once every 28 days (monthly), and the Zoladex LA 10.8 mg is given once every 12 weeks (about 3 months).
