This is a combination tablet containing four anti-tuberculosis medicines (Rifampicin, Isoniazid, Pyrazinamide, and Ethambutol) that work together to kill the bacteria that cause TB by attacking it in different ways, making treatment more effective and reducing the chance the bacteria becomes resistant.
