How do you take Erenumab?

Inject 70 mg under the skin (belly, thigh, or upper arm) once a month. Your doctor may increase the dose to 140 mg once a month if needed. The injection comes in a ready-to-use pre-filled syringe — your doctor or nurse will show you how to inject it yourself at home. Let the syringe sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before injecting.
