What is this drug?
This is a combination cough medicine (known as Vadis Cough Expectorant in Nigeria) that contains three active ingredients: ephedrine which opens up your airways to help you breathe easier, diphenhydramine which is an antihistamine that reduces coughing and allergic symptoms, and ammonium chloride which helps loosen thick mucus (phlegm) so you can cough it out more easily.
