This is a medicated cream that combines an antifungal (clotrimazole) with soothing and healing ingredients like menthol, ichthammol, boric acid, and zinc oxide to fight skin infections while calming itching and irritation.
Inhibits fungal cell membrane ergosterol synthesis by binding to fungal lanosterol 14α-demethylase, while menthol provides cooling relief through TRPM8 receptor activation; ichthammol, boric acid, and zinc oxide exert antimicrobial and astringent effects, reducing inflammation and promoting skin healing through keratinocyte protection and bacterial suppression.

Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area 2 to 3 times daily. Clean and dry the area before applying. Rub it in gently. Continue using for the full recommended period even if the skin looks better — usually 2 to 4 weeks for fungal infections.
If you forget to apply the cream, use it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next application, just skip the missed one and continue as normal. Do not double up by applying extra cream.
