What is this drug?

This is a combination drug that contains an antibiotic (Sulfamethoxazole and Trimethoprim, commonly called Co-trimoxazole or Septrin) to fight bacterial infections, plus Bromhexine which helps loosen thick mucus in your chest so you can cough it out more easily.
