How do you take Brinzolamide?

Put one drop in the affected eye(s) two to three times a day, as your doctor directs. Shake the bottle well before use. After putting in the drop, gently press the corner of your eye near your nose for about 1-2 minutes to stop the medicine from draining away. Wait at least 5 minutes before using any other eye drops.
