How do you take Brimonidine Tartrate?

Put 1 drop into the affected eye(s) two to three times a day, about 8 hours apart. After putting in the drop, gently press the inner corner of your eye (near your nose) for 1-2 minutes to stop the medicine from draining away. Wait at least 5 minutes before using any other eye drop.

People allergic to brimonidine or any ingredient in the eye drop. Children under 2 years old. People taking MAO inhibitor medicines (a type of antidepressant). People with severe heart disease or very low blood pressure should use with caution and only under a doctor's supervision.
